Get to Know Me
I’m a dedicated clinician passionate about helping individuals and couples using techniques drawn from EMDR, the Gottman Institute, Somatics, and IFS. I began my career in mental health working in clinical research at the Schizophrenia Neuropharmacology Research Group at Yale (SNRGY), and have since evolved into a compassionate counselor and lifelong learner.
